磷肥对茎瘤芥产量和品质的影响

Influence of Phosphate Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Stem Tumorous Mustard

通过田间试验和化验分析,研究了磷肥对茎瘤芥产量和品质的影响.结果表明,磷肥与产量和各品质呈一元二次线型关系,施磷量(P_2O_5)在117.4 kg/hm^2内,随施磷量的增加,瘤茎产量上升.同时,随施磷量的增加,瘤茎的菜皮含量、含水量、可溶性糖含量、粗蛋白含量和Vc先升后降,菜形指数则先降后升,可溶性糖受施磷量影响较大,其余品质受施磷量影响较小.综合产量和品质,推荐生产上施磷量(P_2O_5)用120 kg/hm^2.

A field experiment and a laboratory analysis were made to study the influence of phosphate fertilizer on the yield and quality of stem tumorous mustard. The results indicated that the relationships of phosphate fertilizer with yield and quality can be expressed by linear quadratic equations. When the amount of applied phosphate fertilizer was within 117.4 kg/hm^2 , tumorous mustard stem yield rose with the increase in phosphate rate. At the same time, with the increase in phosphate rate, the content of skin of vegetable, water, soluble sugars, crude protein and Vc of the tumorous stem rose first, and then dropped, while the index of vegetable shape dropped first and then rose up. Soluble sugar content was affected con- siderably by phosphate fertilizer application while the other qualities were less influenced by it. Taking into consideration both yield and quality, a rate of phosphate fertilizer （P2 O5） of 120 kg/hm^2 is recommended in production.
