摘要
研究了1种除草剂——百草枯(化学名称:1,1-二甲-4,4-二氯二吡聢)短时(0~20 min)处理下空心莲子草体内PK、SOD、POD、CAT活性和Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的动态变化以及在其叶片开始萎蔫时叶绿体超微结构的变化.结果表明:随着处理时间的延长,空心莲子草体内的PK活性的变化为升—降—升,3种离子则共同调节PK活性,最显著的为Ca^(2+);SOD、POD活性却是降—升—降;Pro含量和CAT活性呈较稳定上升;MDA含量变化不明显;叶绿体结构显著被破坏.
The changes of the activity of PK, SOD, POD, CAT and the content of Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ , Mn^2+ , proline, MDA in Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb, what were treated by pesticide last for 0-20 minters were studied. In addition, the authors studied the structure of chloroplast when the leaves began to die away. As a result that the activity of PK, and the content of proline move upward at first, then go down, and rise lastly. The 3 ions regulate the activity of PK altogether,and the most remakeable is Ca^2+. The activity of SOD and POD is descent-ascend-descent, and the structure of chloroplast is destoryed obviously.
