摘要 从重庆地区绿化植物蝴蝶花上分离出引起枯斑病的尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum schl.),对其生物学特性进行的研究结果表明:该病菌在6~36℃均能生长,最适温度是28℃.菌落生长和产孢的pH范围是3.10~11.80,最适pH值为7.11.分生孢子在5~35℃,pH 3~10,相对湿度90%~100%范围内均能萌发,且在最适温度24℃,最适pH 7和相对湿度100%时萌发率最高.光照对菌落生长速度的影响较小,但对产孢量的影响较大.分生孢子的致死温度是48℃(10 min).该菌能利用多种糖、醇类作碳源和多种有机氮、无机氮作氮源. Biological characteristics were studied on the pathogen(Fusarium oxysporum schl. )causing iris rot spot isolated from access area of the disease in Chongqing. It was found in the study the fungus grew well between 6 ℃ and 36 ℃ with the optimum temperature at 28 ℃. The pH for mycelia growth and spore production was from 3.10 to 11.80 with the optimum at pH 7.11. The conidia could germinate with the conditions under 5-35 ℃, pH 3-10 and RH 90%-100%, with the optimal at 24 ℃, pH 7 and RH 100%. The lethal temperature of conidia was for 10 min at 48 ℃. The light played less effect on the growth of mycelium, but fairly played a great role on the production of conidia. The pathogenic fungus could utilize well many sorts of carbon sources and nitrogen sources, respectively.
