摘要
以曼陀罗生物碱浸种,研究其对玉米种子萌发、幼苗生长和若干生理生化特性的影响.结果表明:低浓度(0.1 mg/mL)浸种对种子萌发有促进作用,随着处理浓度的升高(≥0.2 mg/mL),α-淀粉酶活性明显受到抑制,种子的萌发率、发芽指数和活力指数下降;幼苗的根系活力、生物量、叶片中蛋白质的含量、叶绿素含量、POD活性均随处理浓度的升高明显下降,而CAT和SOD活性则表现出先降后升的趋势.
Maize seeds were soaked in the solution of extracts of Datura stramonium L's alkaloids to study the effects on maize seeds germination and seedling growth. The results showed that 0.1 mg/ml alkaloids extract promted the seeds germination and inhabited seedling growth. Above 0.2mg/ml extract of Alkaloids was unfavourable to seed germination and seeding growth of maize, at the stage of the seeds germination, activity of α-amylase, the seeds germination rate, germination index and vigor index were all de creased, with the concentration incersed. It was also found that Datura Stramonium L's Alkaloids had inhabited to the seedling growth of maize. α-amylase activity, igor of roots system, seedling height, and the contents of cholorophyll and protein were suppressed apparently. The activity of peroxidase(POD) was reduced continuously with the concentration increased, the activity of superoxide disnutase(SOD) and cata lase(CAT) were dropped at lower concentration, increased at higher concentration.
