Exploration and Innovation on Physical Education Teaching Methods under New Curricula Standard

新课程标准下的教学需要通过自主、合作、探究的教学活动才能达成有效结果.以新课程标准下的指导思想为基础,从创新教学方法和手段两方面入手,促进学生的身心健康发展和培养学生的社会适应能力,最终达到提高教学质量和教学水平.

In order to get effective teaching results, the instruction of new courses under new curricula standard should be realized by a series of independent, cooperative and explorative activities. Since teaching is a complex process, it is a problem to refine old teaching methods and initiate new teaching ones in the light of those utilized in other subjects to get physical education more effectively and practically. This paper based on new curricula standard, discusses teaching method and means, aim to develop the mental and physical health of students and social adaptability, as well as improve quality and level of teaching.
