摘要
水力旋流器由于其特殊的分离原理及结构特征已成为一种独具一格的分离装置,其应用范围逐步扩大。提出了一种新型微灌用水力旋流分离装置,并对其进行试验分析,分析结果表明,该水力旋流器的设计生产能力约为30 m3/h(对应进口压力为0.3 MPa),对应的分割粒度为27.5μm,分离极限(d98)为95.0μm,分离精度(d25/d75)为0.42,符合微灌对水质的要求。
The hydrocyclone has become a type of unique separation facility due to its special separation principle and structural characteristics. The thesis designs a new hydrocylone separator for micro-irriga- tion. Through experimental study on the new hydrocyclone separator, we draw a conclusion that the de- signed production capacity at around 30 m3/h, division granularity at 27.5, separation limit at 95.0, sepa- ration precision at 0.42. The experimental result shows the new hydrocyclone separator can meet the re- quirement for micro-irrigation.
