摘要
以95%乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波提取法提取细叶杜香和蒙药卷柏中黄酮类成分,将黄酮类提取物继续利用高效液相色谱和红外光谱分析,结果表明,提取产物具有明显的色谱和光谱行为.
To 95 % percent ethanol as solvents, used ultrasonic extraction from Ledum palustre L, vat anyustum E, BuBch Mrs pumilum- Selaginella and Mongolian Medicine in flavonoids, flavonoid extract continue to use high- performance liquid chromatography and infrared spectral analysis showed that the product has obvious from the color Spectrum and spectral behavior.
