摘要
目的:优选蒙药达如奇颗粒的醇提工艺.方法:采用L9(34)正交表设计试验,高效液相色谱法测定方中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱得率并进行方差分析.结果:溶剂加量对苦参总碱得率影响显著,而乙醇浓度和回流次数无显著性影响,最佳工艺条件为A2B3C2.结论:蒙药达如奇颗粒的最佳醇提工艺为方中药材粗分加10倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次提取30min.
Objective: To optimize the alcohol extraction process of Mongolian drug Daruqi particles. Methods: L9(3^4) orthogonal array was adopted to design the experiment. The extraction rates of matrine and oxymatrine were determined by HPLC and the results were processed by variance analysis. Results:The impact of amount of the solvent on the yield of total matrine was significant, but the concentration of alcohol and the times of reflux had no significant impact. The optimal extraction condition was A2B3C2. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process of Mongolian drug Daruqi Particles is as follows:coarse powder of the prescription mixed with 10 times amount of 70 % alcohol and reflux extraction performed for 2 times, each time for 30min.
