Advance in the Operative Treatment of Senile Fracture of Femoral Neck

老年股骨颈骨折是老年人最常见骨折之一.因其解剖特点,股骨颈骨折极易并发骨折不愈合和股骨头坏死,使得治疗颇为棘手.近年来,股骨颈骨折手术治疗方法有了很大改进,包括:内固定、骨瓣移植、人工股骨头置换、人工全髋关节置换等.笔者就各种术式适应证、优缺点、效果及并发症等进行了综述.

The fracture of femoral neck is one of the commonest fracture in senile people. This kind of fracture is often complicated by nonunion and necrosis of femoral head because of the regional anatomical features and it is difficult to deal with. But great progress has been made in treating this category of fracture for the last few years, such as the application of internal fixation, bone flap transplantation, artificial femoral head replacement and artificial total hip replacement. The author reviews the indications, advantages and disadvantages, curative effect and complications for each operation technique.
