The author makes a full review on the current situations of study on job stress and professional burnout of nurse in the different aspects of theory of stress and professional burnout. Then aimed at the causes and manifestations of job stress and professional burnout of nurse, the nursing and countermeasures for relieving them by constructing head- nurse support system are discussed.
