基于PLC的胶带输送机综合保护系统的研究

Research of Integrated Protection System of Belt Conveyor Based on PLC

针对现有大型矿井胶带输送机保护种类不全、可靠性低等问题,设计了一种胶带输送机综合保护系统,分析了胶带输送机的常见故障类型,介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件设计,确定了胶带速度、温度、烟雾、跑偏等故障的检测方法。该保护系统采用PLC高速计数器对系统传感器频率量进行采集和处理,实现了对胶带输送机故障的实时检测和综合判断,降低了误动率。

In view of problems of incomplete kind and low reliability of protection of mine belt conveyor, the paper designed an integrated protection system of belt conveyor, analyzed common faults of belt conveyor, introduced hardware structure and software design of the system, identified measuring methods of belt faults of speed, temperature, fog and disalignment. The protection system used high speed counter of PLC to collect and process frequency parameter output by system＇s sensor, which realized realtime speed detection and comprehensive judge of belt conveyor fault, reduced malfunction rate.
