摘要
针对煤电钻综合装置,特别是电子插件部分易出现故障这一缺陷,文章采用故障树模型分析法对煤电钻综合装置电子插件的故障进行诊断,建立了电子插件故障树模型,编制了故障诊断程序,并以短路保护拒动和电钻不能启动2种故障为例进行了具体的诊断分析。
Aiming at the shortcoming that integrated device of electric coal drill easily fault, specially its electronic plug-ins, the paper diagnosed the fault of electronic plug-ins of integrated device of electric coal drill using fault-tree analytical approach, established a fault-tree model of electronic plug-ins, designed program of fault diagnosis, and made detailed diagnosis and analysis taking two faults as examples that the faults were refusing action when short-circuit protection and the electronic drill couldn't start.
