According to the funds and discipline actuality, our hospital determined the devdopment strategies of the construction of ＂core disciplines＂, ＂key Labs＂ and ＂the training of excellent talents＂ as the core of ＂qualified engineering＂. Thus, the research innovations in our hospital are greatly promoted, and our hospital is stepping on the way of sustainable development with dominant discipline driving the whole and making a solid foundation for talent training and amassing strength. The article deals with the ways of developing the superiority of pediatrics, intensifying research direction, training pediatric talents of high quality, makes an exploration of deep level and provides some helpful references for modem hospital management.
