摘要
目的:探讨不良事件报告系统在护理风险管理中的作用和意义。方法:从2006年开始,我院在原有护理风险管理的基础上开始网络直报护理不良事件,使用Likert五级量表进行问卷调查判断护理人员风险意识;比较2005年、2006年和2007年我院护理人员护理风险意识评分、护理满意度、护理缺陷率和护理投诉率。结果:2005年和2006年的护理风险意识评分相比差异无统计学意义(71.79±8.53分VS74.52±9.82分,t=1.924,P>0.05),2007年的护理风险意识评分较2006年明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(74.52±9.82分VS80.78±8.09分,t=4.634,P<0.05);2005年、2006年和2007年护理工作满意率为89.0%,91.4%和95.6%,实施不良事件报告制度后患者对护理工作满意率不断升高,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=15.606,P<0.05);2005年、2006年和2007年的护理缺陷率逐年下降,分别为1.4%,1.1%和0.59%,护理投诉率则为0.48%,0.29%和0.17%,差异均具有统计学意义;结论:不良事件报告系统可以提高护理人员的护理风险意识、患者满意度,减少护理缺陷和投诉,在护理风险管理中起着重要的作用。
Purpose: To study the effect of adverse events report system on nursing risk management. Method: Adverse events report was carried out in nursing management from 2006, nursing risk score and satisfaction rate, nursing error and complaint rate of year 2005, 2006 and 2007 were compared. Result: There was no significant difference of nursing risk score between 2005 and 2006 (71.79 ± 8.53 VS 74.52 ± 9.82, t = 1. 924, P 〉 0.05). But nursing risk score in 2007 was higher than that in 2006 (74.52 ± 9.82 VS 80.78 ± 8.09, t = 4. 634, P 〈 0.05). Nursing satisfaction rate was increasing higher in 2005,2006 and 2007 (89.1%, 91.4 % and 95.6 %, X^2 = 15. 606, P 〈 0.05). However, nursing error rate decreased during the past three years(1.4 %, 1.1% and 0.59 % ), and the nursing complaint rate was 0.48%, 0.29 % and 0.17% in 2005, 2006 and 2007. The differences were significant. Conclusion:Adverse events report system can improve nursing risk scores and satisfaction rate but can decrease nursing error and complaint rate, which play an important role in nursing risk management.
