摘要 本文论述了三聚氰胺的理化性质、用途、代谢、危害以及现有的食品中三聚氰胺的各种检测技术和研究进展。 This paper reviewed the physical and chemical properties, uses, metabolism and harm of melamine. And the methods for analysis of melamine were introduced.
