摘要
本文简单概述了反渗透分离机理,膜污染及清洗方法;重点介绍了反渗透膜的制备及其在食品工业中的应用;并对反渗透膜技术的应用前景作了展望。
This paper introduced the mechanism of reverse osmosis membrane, including separation, pollution of membrane and cleanout methods. Emphasis was paid on manufacture of reverse osmosis membrane and its application in the food industry.
