摘要
小麦胚芽脂肪酶是一种植物来源的脂肪酶,在小麦的生长、保存当中具有重要的意义,同时在生物催化当中也有一定的应用。本文对小麦胚芽脂肪酶的性质,结构,应用做了综述,并对其进一步的开发利用前景进行了讨论。
Wheat germ lipase plays an important role in the growth and storage of agricultural products, as well as in biocatalysis. In this article, the property, structure and application of wheat germ lipase are reviewed. And its prospect is also discussed.
