毛条加工过程质量预测和控制方法

摘要 原毛洗净后,经过XF小型梳毛机梳理,测试其下机毛条的纤维长度、长度离散及30 mm以下短绒率等指标,利用这些指标与最终成品毛条中纤维指标的密切关系,可以较好地预测成品毛条的质量,并控制毛条的加工过程。介绍了该方法的原理、特点和实验过程。结果表明,该方法测试简单,预测精度较高,所涉及的参变量较少,预测模型简单,容易实现。 After the raw wool being scoured and carded on XF mini carding machine, the items of top, including the fibre length, coefficient of variation of fibre length, as well as the ratio of shorter fibre which is less than 30 mm were tested. All the items above are connected with the same items in final top closely. Therefore, they would be used for forecasting the quality of final top and controlling the processing of top-making. The method's principle, character and experiment process are introduced. The method has the advantages of simple testing method, less varieties, and the forecasting models are simple and easily obtained.
