织物干洗工艺探讨

Discussion on dry cleaning process

探讨了表面活性剂与四氯乙烯干洗剂配合对织物洗涤效果及抗静电性的影响。以涤纶、纯棉、全毛织物为实验主体,模仿沾染天然污垢;对几种表面活性剂进行配比与筛选,通过所测白度及其半衰期和静电压值的比较,得到对不同织物获得所对应的混合干洗剂及抗静电剂的较好配方。实验表明:无论是对涤纶、纯棉还是全毛织物,在洗涤过程中于干洗剂中加入油溶性表面活性剂和少量水制成的混合干洗剂,不仅能有效防止污垢再沉淀,也有助于水溶性污垢的去除。洗涤质量优于不加表面活性剂的洗涤方式,且表面活性剂的加入对织物抗静电性也有一定影响。

The cleaning effect of the mixture of surfactant and perchlorethylene was discussed. Based on cotton, terylene and all-wool cloth, imitating the natural dirt on fibers, several surfaetants were mixed and screen out. By comparing the brightness, half time and electrostatic tension, the better mixed dry cleaner and antistatic agent were got. The results showed that during the cleaning, add some oil soluble surfactant and little water to the dry cleaner, the washing effect was better. The added surfactant had some influence on the antistatic property.
