外周中心静脉置管在结核性脑膜炎患者中的应用与效果观察

Application and effect observation of PICC in patients with tuberculous meningitis

目的讨论外周中心静脉置管（PICC）在结核性脑膜炎患者中的应用价值及效果。方法将56例结核性脑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各28例，治疗组进行PICC术给药，对照组通过外周浅静脉给药。观察记录2组患者治疗有效率、焦虑度、输液反应、护理工作满意度及相关费用等，并进行比较。结果治疗组患者有效率、护理工作满意度高于对照组，患者焦虑度、输液反应、相关费用低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论PICC在结核性脑膜炎长期住院患者当中具有应用价值，是值得推广的一项技术。

Objective To investigate the clinical value and effect of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） in patients with tuberculous meningitis. Methods 56 patients with tuberculous meningitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 28 cases in each group. The treatment group was medicated by PICC, while the patients of the control group were medicated through peripheral superficial vein. The curing rate, degree of anxiety, infusion response, satisfaction with nursing and related expense were recorded. Results The curing rate and satisfaction with nursing of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group. The anxiety degree, infusion response and related expense of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group.Their difference had statistical significance. Conclusions PICC has clinical value in patients with tuberculous meningitis,which is worth promoting.
