摘要
对基于理想的非线性弹性特性曲线设计的座椅悬架进行了结构上的改进,提出了上滚轮下曲面板的配合方式,运用三维设计软件对几何尺寸进行了设计。运用静态加载试验修正了关键部件曲面板的曲线轮廓,通过动态道路试验,对座椅悬架的减振性能进行了评价。
Structural improvement of seat suspension based on non-liner was made. The improved model was curve panel under wheel and the geometric structure was designed by using three-dimensional software. The curve panel was corrected by static load test and the performance of seat suspension was evaluated by dynamic test.
