摘要
本文在阐述了骨化三醇的临床应用现状的基础上,介绍了目前临床应用广泛的病症的治疗机理、特点,并就新应用、新不良反应进行了介绍,对骨化三醇的临床应用具有参考价值。
On the ground of the introduction of the clinic application of calcitriol ,this paper gives the mechanism and feature to those important related diseases.And this paper also introduces the new applications and new adverse reactions. Therefore,this paper has the important value to the clinic application of calcitriol.
