农业产业化经营是我国农业现代化的必由之路,也是解决"三农"问题的有效措施。论文从认清农业产业化经营的内涵与基本特征出发,结合县域经济的实际情况及发展中存在的深层次矛盾,对开展农业产业化经营的合理性及存在问题进行探讨。在此基础上,提出了农业产业化经营作为发展县域经济的根本性出路的观点及发展县域经济中应处理好的关系,并结合实际探讨农业产业化经营对发展县域经济的作用。

The operation of agricultural industrialization is the necessary access to realize agricultural modernization and the effective measure to resolve the questions of ＂Agriculture, Peasant, Rural＂ in China. The paper set out from the concept and characteristics of the operation of agricultural industrial- ization, match with the real condition and the further contradiction of progress and discuss the rationality and existed questions of the operation of agricultural industrialization. On the basis of above all, the paper put up with the opinion that the operation of agricultural industrialization is the basic method to develop county economy, the relations and the roles of the operation of agricultural industrialization.
