理论与实践结合,提升学生综合素质——《卷烟工艺学》教学内容和方法的改革

Combining Theory with Practice to Improve Comprehensive Ability of Students:Discussion about Teaching Contents and Methods of Cigarette Technology

根据学科建设和专业发展的需要,分析了《卷烟工艺学》的教学实践,初步探索了这门课程的教学内容、教学方法及实践教学等方面的改革。通过研究和探索,实现了对传统教学模式的变革,形成了"教学—实践—人才质量跟踪"有机结合的新型人才培养模式;借助多媒体教学手段,提高教学效率,强化教学效果,培养学生的思维能力;通过构建校企合作的实践教学模式,加强实践教学的条件,培养学生的创新能力。

Basing on the need of disciplines building and profession development, teaching practice in Cigarette Technology was analysed, and teaching contents, teaching methods, practice teaching of Cigarette Technology was discussed. Traditional education model was changed, a new talent training model about ＂teaching-practice-quality＂ was formed. Multiple media was used in teaching process for improving education effect, training analyses ability of students. Basing on a new model of practice teaching, combining university with corporation, the conditions about practice teaching was enhanced, innovation ability of students were improved.
