加强能源合作是时代的必然选择。电力合作作为能源合作的重要组成部分,理应成为合作的重要内容。云南良好的区位条件和资源基础,有望成为泛珠三角与东盟电力合作的重要走廊。一旦该走廊建成,将对中国与东盟的能源安全体系建设产生重要影响。云南应紧紧抓住当前中国与东盟关系不断改善的机遇,加快中国———东盟电力合作走廊建设。

Strengthen energy cooperation is a necessity in modem times, and electric power cooperation is an important part of energy cooperation. Yunnan province is hopefully to be an important corridor of electric power cooperation between the pan - pearl river delta and the ASEAN. It has great influence on the construction of energy security system between China and ASEAN once the corridor is constructed. We should grasp opportunities at present,and speed up the construction of the corridor.
