摘要
随着电脑应用的日益宽泛,特别是在野外,电脑需要具备抵抗恶劣环境、防水、便于携带等特点,针对这种情况,该文提出加固笔记本电脑,分析全密封笔记本电脑的"热设计"问题和CPU、南/北桥等芯片的功耗所带来的散热问题。针对这些问题,该文通过仿真软件进行先期的分析验证,并提出优化方案。
As the usage of computer becomes more and more popular, especially in the open-air, rugged laptop computer has become the best choice that could satisfy requirements, such as severe environment proofing, water-proofing, portable(easy to carry) and so on. As regards to the completely sealed laptop computer, thermal design is mentioned, the issue of heat dissipation brought by the power dissipation caused by the CPU; south/north bridge and so on always trouble structural designers. This paper refers to the thermal design of rugged laptop computer by way of conducting pre-analyzing and verifying with Simulation software, and proposes corresponding optimization.
