With the development of information technology, the traditional mechanization war mode develops toward the information war direction. The information of weapon equipment promotes the powerful development of embedded computer in integrated electronic system. This paper gives the system structure of embedded computer in the integrated electronic system through research, presents high speed exchange network, the modular structure, power supply network, distributed real-time operating system, redundancy design and function reorganization etc.
