摘要 目的探讨丹参注射液对脂肪肝大鼠脂质代谢和TNF-α水平的影响。方法用高脂饲料建立大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,并用丹参注射液进行干预治疗,观察药物对脂肪肝大鼠血脂水平、脂质过氧化水平、TNF-α水平及病理变化的影响。结果模型组大鼠血清和肝组织中均MDA水平升高,血清中SOD水平下降,丹参注射液降低血清中MDA水平;模型组TNF-α水平下降;模型组大鼠肝脂肪细胞沉着面积最大,并有一定程度的肝纤维组织增生。结论丹参注射液具有降血脂、改善脂质过氧化及抗脂肪沉着作用。 Objective To explore the effect of Salvia injection on lipid mechanism and tumor necrosis factor a (TNF -α) in the nonalcohic fatty liver of rats. Methods To produce a fatty liver model, a fat - rich diet, consisting of 8% lard oil + 4% cholestrol, was given to male Sprague - Dawley rats for 8 weeks. The normal control rats were fed normal diets. Malondialdehyde (MDA) , superoxide dismutase(SOD) in blood serum and haptic tissue were tested, the expression of TNF-α in blood serum was also tested in RIA. Pathologic changes in rats liver were observed during experiments, Salvia injection was treated through abdominal cavity. Results The level of MDA in blood surum and liver tissues were higher than nomal group (P 〈0. 01 ,P 〈0. 05 respectively), contrasted with Salvia injection group (P 〈 0.05 ). The level of SOD in blood serum was lower than nomal group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of TNF - α was lower than normal group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The fat area in liver of model group was biger and more serious than nomal group (P 〈 0. 001 ) , contrasted with Salvia injection ( P 〈 0. 05). Pericellular fibrosis was founded in fatty liver rats. Conclusion Salvia injection could reduce lipid level, improve lipid oxide and resist fat reserve.
