硬衬材料中甲基丙烯酸酯单体释放的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的测定两种硬衬材料聚合后丙烯酸酯单体的释放量和趋势。方法采用顶空固相微萃取气相色谱法测定两种常用的硬衬材料聚合后不同时段丙烯酸酯单体释放量。结果两种硬衬材料的丙烯酸酯单体在10min时释放量即达到释放总量的60%,30min时趋于稳定。在30min时德山rebaseⅡ型丙烯酸酯单体释放量为0.0039mg/g,YJ-F自凝仿生义齿基托树脂为0.509mg/g。结论硬衬材料聚合后丙烯酸酯单体的释放随时间增加而逐渐下降,在30min后趋于稳定。 Objective To analyze the releasing tendency of residual methacrylate monomer in two hard chair-side reline resins (Tokuyama Rebase Ⅱ , YJ-F base resine Ⅱ ). Methods Test samples (n = 5) of each material were produced following the manufacturers instructions. By headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography, the trace- level residual methacrylate monomer was determined in different time. Results In the first ten-minutes, the amount of residual methacrylate monomer released from two hard relining materials has achieved 60% of total amount. In the third ten-minutes, the amount of residual monomer released decrease, which of Tokuyama Rebase Ⅱ is 0. 0039 mg/g, base resineⅡ is 0. 509 mg/g. Conclusion The release of residual methacrylate monomer tend to stable after thirty minutes.
