风湿病患者中糖皮质激素性骨质疏松的诊治值得关注 被引量：2

摘要 风湿性疾病可造成多系统多脏器功能损害，近年来，随着对原发病诊治水平的提高，患者的预后得到明显改善。但是，继发骨质疏松症，尤其是应用糖皮质激素引起的骨质疏松（GIOP）越来越成为影响患者生活质量的重要问题。如何正确认识GIOP，如何作到早期诊断及规范治疗，在临床上还未引起足够重视。本文旨在提高对GIOP的警惕，及早进行有效的防治，尽可能避免出现GIOP以及骨折等严重后果。
