摘要
采用不同的脉冲电压对45钢在凝固前进行电脉冲处理。实验结果表明,经过电脉冲处理后,45钢的宏观凝固组织得到明显改善,树枝晶减少,等轴晶增加;45钢的显微组织也发生了显著改变,魏氏组织减少,珠光体增加,且珠光体片层间距变薄。
The 45 steel was treated by different electric pulse before solidification. The experimental results indicate that after electric pulse treatment, the macrostrueture of 45 steel improves visibly, the columnar grain decreases and the equiaxed grain increases; at the same time, the rnicrostructure of 45 steel has a great change, Widmansten structure decreases, the pearlitic structure increases and the pearlite interlarnellar space becomes narrow.
