摘要
激光选区烧结所涉及的材料性质和工艺参数影响着成型过程,并可能产生缺陷而使工件出现烧结形态不规则,翘曲变形等现象。针对某种新型复合蜡粉激光选区烧结工艺,研究了激光功率、扫描速度和预热温度对试样抗拉强度和断裂伸长率的影响,讨论了激光功率和扫描速度的匹配问题。通过分析烧结形貌、对比烧结件密度,得出了激光功率与扫描速度的实时匹配规律。最后通过翘曲变形分析,获得得出了复合蜡粉激光选区烧结的优化工艺参数。
The molding process was affected by the material properties and processing parameters of SLS, the defects often produced in the process, such as the sintered shape irregularity of specimen and the curl deformation. Based on the SLS process of a new kind of composite wax powder, the influence of laser power, scan speed and preheating temperature on tensile strength and fracture extensibility was researched, the match between laser power and scan speed was discussed. Through analyzing the sintered shape and comparing the density of specimen, the rule of real match between laser power and scan speed was obtained. Finally, by analyzing the curl deformation, the optimization parameters of the composite wax powder in SLS were gained.
