摘要
对运行78000 h的T91与12Cr2MoWVTiB(G102)异种钢焊接接头进行了寿命分析。估算其剩余寿命为24500 h。鉴于强度校核所需最小壁厚已远超过管子实测壁厚,建议尽快更换此类异种钢焊接接头。
The life of dissimilar steel welding joint of T91 and 12Cr2MoWVTiB（G102） aider service for 78000h was analyzed. The remaining life of dissimilar steel welding joint was estimated for 24500 h. In respect that the minimum thickness that strength check of tube needs is over the real thickness of tube, the welding joint should be changed as soon as possible.
