摘要
分析了10钢制耐火砖成型模板过早失效的原因,阐述了采用高铬白口铸铁代替10钢制作成型模板的可行性。现场使用表明,高铬白口铸铁模板的使用寿命是10钢的7倍以上,且节约能源,成本较低。
The failure reason of the pattern plate of refractory brick made of 10 steel was analyzed, the feasibility of pattern plate made of high-chromium white cast Iron replacing 10 steel was expatiated. As a result in practice, the service life of pattern plate made of high-chromium cast iron is over 7 times longer than that of 10 steel.
