摘要
为提高AlSi7Cu2Mg合金的力学性能,对铝液采用复合精炼,并利用电磁泵低压铸造,研究了Ti、B、Zr合金元素对AlSi7Cu2Mg合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ti、B使合金晶粒细化,改善显微组织;Ti、B、Zr可以提高合金的抗拉强度和伸长率;加入质量分数分别为0.12%Ti、0.024%B、0.15%Zr时,可显著提高AlSi7Cu2Mg合金的力学性能。
Using the composite refining and the low-voltage electromagnetic pump casting for the aluminum melt, the effect of Ti, B, Zr on microstructure and mechanical properties of AlSi7Cu2Mg was investigated to enhance the mechanical property of AlSi7Cu2Mg alloy. The results show that adding Ti and B make the grain of the alloy fine and microstructure of the alloy improve; adding Ti, B and Zr can increase tensile strength and elongation of the alloy;when adding mass fraction 0.12%Ti, 0.024%B and 0.15% Zr, the mechanical properties of AlSi7Cu2Mg markedly improve.
