摘要
采用冷温复合挤压工艺加工偏心轴,利用冷挤压工艺加工预成形件,而关键的成形工序是采用温挤压加工终成形件。这一成形工艺使零件的机械加工余量小,原材料的消耗比原有的热锻工艺节约20%左右。此外,由于选择了合适的冷却、润滑条件和模具材料,使模具的使用寿命也有了很大提高。
The eccentric shaft was formed by a new technology of combined cold-warm extrusion technology. The technology had two important working procedure: the preformed and the finished part. The performed part was realized by cold extrusion technology, and the finished part was realized by warm extrusion technology. Compared with hot forging, the average economy of material is 20%. Because of fitting cold and lubricant conditions and die material, the life of die improves a lot.
