摘要 以TiO2、Cr2O3、B2O3、SiO2、CaF2为实验用活性剂,研究了它们对不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的TIG焊的影响。结果表明,这些活性剂都能不同程度地增加焊缝熔深,其中SiO2、Cr2O3、B2O3可使熔深显著增加,而CaF2增加熔深的效果并不明显。活性剂能使电弧电压有不同程度的增加,其中SiO2、Cr2O3使电弧电压增幅最大。活性剂使焊缝熔深增加是源于焊缝有效热输入的增加,但是焊缝横截面显微组织仍主要为柱状晶和树枝晶。 The effects of activating fluxes (TiO2, Cr2O3, B2O3, SiO2, CaF2) on stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti TIG welding were studied. The results show that all five activating fluxes can deepen the welding penetration. CaF2 hardly has effect on penetration, however, SiO2, Cr2O3, B2O3 can remarkably increase penetration. The five activating fluxes can increase arc voltage. Welding penetration increases due to the increase of the effective power input, however the microstructure of the weld is mainly made up of columnar crystals and dendrites.
