摘要
在20CrMo钢牙爪生产中,多采用在牙爪止推面堆焊Co基硬质合金;牙爪轴颈表面多采用渗碳处理。实验模拟牙爪现场生产工艺,研究920℃×12h保温+860℃淬火+200℃回火处理和920℃×12h渗碳+860℃淬火+200℃回火处理对堆焊层性能的影响。研究表明,淬火回火可以使堆焊层中的合金碳化物发生碎化,耐磨性提高;渗碳淬火回火可以提高硬度和耐磨性。
In the production of the 20CrMo steel dental claws, the Co-based carbide was often surfaced on the thrust of dental claws and the journal surface was carburized. The production process was simulated during the trial. The influence of carburizing at 920℃ for 12 hours, quenching at 860℃, tempering at 200℃subsequenfly and holding at 920℃ for 12 hours, quenching at 860℃, tempering at 200℃ subsequently on the microstructures and mechanical properties of simple were studied. The results show that quenching and tempering after heating at 920℃ for 12 hours can make the carbides disintegrate and increase wear resistance of the surface layer, and the simple subjecting to carburizing, quenching and tempering have higher hardness and advanced wear resistance.
