摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等分析手段,对45钢大齿轮传动轴断裂表面的金相组织、断口形貌进行了分析和检测。结果表明,零件内部存在的锻造裂纹是导致轴断裂失效的主要原因;同时材料组织晶粒粗大对钢的塑性和韧性有较大影响,加速了轴的断裂失效。
The metallurgical structure and fracture morphology on gear transmission shaft of 45 steel were analyzed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the internal cracks during forging were the main factors of the shaft failure; the enlargement of grain structure has a greater influence on the toughness and plasticity of the steel, and accelerates the process of fracture failure on the shaft.
