摘要
目的:通过对大鼠股骨颈干角及前倾角的测量,获得大鼠股骨颈干角、前倾角的正常值范围,为对大鼠股骨近端的力学研究奠定基础。方法:用扫描仪对50对Wistar大鼠股骨标本进行扫描,并把图片输入电脑进行测量,计算出颈干角及前倾角,对测定值进行统计学分析得出正常值。结果:扫描法测得颈干角为123.29°±3.85°,前倾角为24.86°±4.44°。结论:扫描仪测得的大鼠股骨颈干角及前倾角是解剖测量法的改进,其测得的结果确实可靠,可为股骨的生物力学测量提供参考值。
Objeclive To get the range of normal value of the neck- shaft angle and the femoral anteversion for setring the foundation of proximal femoral mechanics research. Methods Fifty pairs of femoral speciments of Wistar rats were scanned and input into computers for measuring to work out the neck- shaft angle and the femoral anteversion. Results The neck - shaft angle was 123.29°±3.85°, the femoral anteversion was 24.86°± 4.44°. Conclusion Scanning an accurate and reliable method of anatomise measurement to measure femoral anteversion and neck- shaft angle that may provide the reference value for femoral biomechanical experiment.
