摘要
目的从患病黄姑鱼体内分离出致病力较强的菌株L1,人工感染实验证实该菌株为黄姑鱼的病原菌。对该细菌进行了形态、生理生化特性测定和16SrRNA分子鉴定,测定16SrRNA基因序列,分析相关细菌相应序列的同源性,构建了系统进化树。结果表明菌株L1与创伤弧菌(Vibrio vulnificus)的亲缘关系最近,具有98.7%的同源性。结合该菌株的生理生化特性,可鉴定菌株L1为创伤弧菌。
Pathogenic bacteria strain L1 isolated from diseased Nibea albiflora had higher virulence; artificial infection experiment showed that it was pathogenic bacteria of N. albiflora. The bacterial was classified with traditional physiological, biochemical methods and 16SrRNA molecular method. The results showed that about 1.4 kb of 16SrRNA gene of strain L1 was sequenced and compared with that of related strains, molecular phylogenetic dendrogram was constructed based on the genetic distance analysis, which revealed that strain L1 exhibited the highest levels of similarly(98.7%) to the Vibrio vulnificus. Based on the results obtained, strain L1 was identified as V. vulnificus.
