摘要
由于Nd:YAG激光器的一些优点,使得脉冲Nd:YAG激光器焊接越来越得到人们的重视,其工业应用也越来越广泛。但施焊没曾检验过可焊性的某些金属,从初选焊接参数直至确定焊接参数的最佳组合,要经过几次反复实验,其过程十分繁杂和麻烦。本文给出并讨论了激光焊接参数选择的一般原则和方法。以及我们由实验获得的Nd:YAG激光焊接参数的实验数据。这对在金属激光焊接加工中快捷有效地选则焊接参数具有实用价值。
Because of some advantages of Nd:YAG Laser,People put much and much value on pulse Nd:YAG Laser welding of metal. Its industrial appIicatiom becomes also wider and wlder. However,when some kinds of metal,wildability ofwhich has not been tested, will be welded the welding experiments will be performed repeatedlly for some times from choosing original parameters of laser welding until detemining optimum combination of parameters.The course of which is very numerous and omplicate.The Paper gives and discusses the common principles and methods for choosing paraneters of laser welding, and some experimental information of parameters of useful welds that we obtained from expetiments of Nd:YAG Laser welding of some kinds of metal,which possess practical value for choosing parmeters of laser welding swiftly and effectively in processing of laser welding of metal.
