摘要
本文介绍了一种小型CO2激光打孔机,该机实现了用单片机同时控制激光参数和工作台,在高稳定激光系统、特殊的工位传递机构方面有独到措施,并具有完备的光学观察和测量装置。实现了较复杂工件的高质量、高效率的自动化加工,解决了传统工艺无法解决的难题。
In this psper we introdbce a microcompter-controlled minitype CO2 laser drilling machine. The machine achieved simultaneous controlling of laser parameter and workstation with a single chip microcomputer. The machine possesses a highly Stable laser system, a special feeding and positioning mechanism, and a complete optical unitfor viewing and mesauring The integration of optics. mechinics, electronics and computer enable high quality and high efficiency auto-matic processing of more complicated workpieces and solves the problems which can not be solved with traditilnal technology.
