G-CSF动员的外周血VoL24^+NKT细胞体外扩增及免疫表型

摘要 NKT细胞识别由抗原呈递细胞(APC)表面CD1d分子提呈的脂类抗原,人工合成的α-半乳糖酰基鞘胺醇(α—galactosylceramide,α—GalCer,KRN7000)可以激活NKT细胞^[1]。NKT细胞在体内活化后同时分泌Th1和Th2型细胞因子^[2],不同条件下的活化可导致Th1或Th2方向的免疫反应。我们早期研究发现成人外周血或脐血中的Vα24^+NKT细胞可在含α-GalCer、IL-2和IL-15的短期培养体系中大量扩增^[3]。
