摘要 目的设计基于脉搏波速法的无创连续血压测量系统。方法分析基于脉搏波传导时间计算动脉血压的原理,提出脉搏波传导时间与血压的关系方程,并论述了方程参数标定方法。根据心电与脉搏波信号的特点,采用数字信号处理器和16位A/D等先进的电子器件设计了同步采集心电和脉搏波信号,准确计算脉搏波传导时间并计算动脉血压的仪器。结果实验表明,仪器的测量误差优于AAMI推荐标准。结论本系统能满足无创连续血压测量的基本要求,已应用于航天员日常训练。 Objective To develop a non-invasive continuous blood pressure measurement system based on pulse wave velocity. Methods The theory of measuring blood pressure by using pulse transit time was analyzed, the formula for calculating blood pressure by using pulse transit time was derived and the method of calibrating parameters of the BP-P-FI formula was provided. Based on the characters of signals of ECG and pulse wave,a novel non-invasive continuous blood pressure measurement system was developed with digital signal processor(DSP) and A/D (16) advanced electronic units. It could acquire ECG and pulse wave signal simultaneously, get accurate pulse transit time and calculate arterial blood pressure. Results The experimental results showed the instrument was better than AAMI requirement. Conclusion The system has reached the requirement of non-invasive continuous blood pressure measurement, and has been applied to astronauts daily training.
