摘要
采用三节3晶体的格型电路,设计和研制出了用于边带型通讯机中进行狭窄频带抑制的一种中高频带阻型晶体滤波器新产品。所解决的关键技术问题是:30 MHz中高频滤波晶体半成品的设计、插损IL≤5 dB、3 dB带阻宽度BW 3dB≤±13 kHz、带阻衰减(限波)≥45 dB等技术指标的实现。研制的结果较好的满足了设计要求。
In order to bring down the narrow wave band of single side-band communication service, a new kind of middle-high frequency three stage grid model band-stop quartz crystal filters, which made use of three pieces crystal resonator and operated at 30 MHz, was designed and prepared in this paper. The key techniques such as the design of semi-manufactures of 30 MHz filtering crystals and the achieved of given characteristics of products, such as insert loss ≤5 dB, 3 dB width in band-hinder ≤ + 13 kHz, attenuation in band-hinder (restrictions on wave pattern)≥45 dB were solved.
