蜱免疫球蛋白结合蛋白的研究进展

摘要 从蜱与宿主的相互作用、宿主免疫球蛋白-G(IgG)在蜱体内的代谢过程、免疫球蛋白结合蛋白(IGBP)的发现及其在具尾扇头蜱中的功能等方面阐述了IGBP与抗蜱免疫的关系。认为抗蜱疫苗的成功策略或许是"二次联合疫苗",而IGBP是该策略的关键成分之一。阻断蜱IgG分泌系统的功能和目标关键成分的分泌能快速杀死蜱,因而,利用IGBP研制联合抗蜱疫苗的策略具有现实的可能性。 Development in the relationship of immunoglobulin binding protein (IGBP) with anti-tick immunity was reviewed from the aspects of tick-host interactions, the metabolism of host immunoglobulin G(IgG) in tick and the detection and function of IGBP in Rhipicephalus appendiculatus. The author presumed that the successful strategy of anti-tick vaccine might be the combined second vaccine, The IGBP was one of the key components in this strategy. Blocking the function of tick immunoglobulin excretion system and the key target component would kill ticks quickly. The strategy of employing combined antitick vaccine using IGBP would be a realistic possibility.
