介绍了中空吹塑成型机实时控制系统的总体设计方案及硬件配置与软件设计，并叙述了工控机与PLC两级控制系统的通讯。此项研究可实现生产过程及管理一体化。

This paper describes the overal designing scheme, hardware configuration andsoftware design of the computer real time control system of the hollow blow shaping machine aswell as the communication between the industrial computer control computer and PLC in twostage control system. This research project achieves the one body of combining productionprocess with management.
