重型颅脑损伤患者早期康复治疗临床疗效观察

Evaluation on the effect of early rehabilitation on patients with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI)

目的观察早期康复治疗对重型颅脑损伤患者临床疗效。方法观察2005年1月至2007年12月本院重型颅脑损伤行早期系统康复治疗患者75例(A组)的预后,并与同期未行早期康复治疗的重型颅脑损伤患者86例(B组)比较。结果A组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度,Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA),改良Barthel指数(MBI)的评分比B组有显著性改善(P<0.05)。结论早期康复治疗在促进重型颅脑损伤的康复中起重要作用,可以明显改善颅脑损伤患者的神经功能,显著提高康复治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation on patients with severe traumatic brain injury （TBI）. Methods The clinical information of patients who were managed by early systeinic rehabilitated therapy after severe TBI （study group, 75 cases） was retrospectively reviewed, and the outcome was compared with that of control group which was composed of contemporary patients but without an early rehabilitated intervention （ control group, 86 cases）. Results The neurological function of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group with statistical significant differences. Conclusion The early rehabilitation improves neurological outcome in the patients with severe TBI.
