摘要
大学转型和发展的基础是教师,教师是创业型大学转型的核心力量,只有大学教师的转型才能有效促进大学的转型。大学教师转型的目标是实现学术职业专业化,教师的伦理道德、高深知识的创新和主动适应社会发展的能力是推动大学教师发展转型的根本,而确立学术和市场结合的教师伦理道德,培养教师面向市场的创新能力,自身发展成为教师内在的需要是促进创业型大学教师发展的必要途径。
The base of university transformation and development depends on university faculty, the core power of transformation in entrepreneurial university. Only through the transformation of faculty can a university be effectively promoted in transformation. Teachers' ethics, the ability to use knowledge and values are fundamental to promote the transformation of university. While the goal of transformation is the academic professional specialization with the purpose to set up the style of teachers' morality and values that combine academy with market, to train the capability of innovation in the market and to promote the faculty's inner demand for development.
